Recruitment Solutions Wales Has Compliance and Training Under Control.

With the ever-changing world of legalities and compliance in recruitment it is essential that as a leading recruitment company we keep not just our company but most importantly our clients legally safe and informed of the ever-changing legislation. It is for that very reason Recruitment Solutions Wales appointed Sharon Davies as our compliance and training office. Sharon’s roll is to train and support   the RSW team to ensure we are fully compliant in all aspects of compliance laws.

Sharon Davies comes with over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, covering all levels and aspects of recruitment. Therefor has a clear understanding of the challenges not only for the RSW team but also our clients.  Sharon is an invaluable support for all the staff from the moment they start out in the company and for everyday thereafter. She is a constant support and guidance through the ever-changing world of recruitment

Sharon is currently updating our team on the new anti-slavery laws including “stronger together”. Also making sure RSW comply with the regulations on SEDEX and ultimately the R.E.C (recruitment employment confederation).  She is also at the forefront of all Recruitment Solutions Wales’ preparation for the upcoming changes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) in May.
