Job Description:
Responsibilities :
Managing a process consisting of a group of machines with a small group of operators.
Utilising team members as efficiently and effectively as possible to achieve process targets and objectives.
Adherence to Quality Standards using SPC, SPM and attribute checks.
Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
Minimise non value added activities through effective planning and preparation, tool change, changeover etc.
Skills :
Recognised apprenticeship
Skilled background in CNC machining
Abiity to interpret technical drawings for changeover and setting
Knowledge of Lean Techniques
Ability to man manage and develop team performances
Experience and knowledge of high volume production facilities are essential
You should be enthusiastic, committed and prepared to work flexibly within a demanding role.
Duration 1-year
Working hours will be arranged as follows :
00.00 hrs Saturday - 0600 hrs Saturday
18.00 hrs Saturday - 06.00 hrs Sunday
18.00 hrs Sunday - 06.00 hrs Monday
Salary paid weekly.
