Job Description:
Role objective is to provide support to the Research and design department within the Home Appliance Division.
Key responsibilities :
Testing of Microwave Ovens, PCB's, Electrical/Electronic Components to internal evaluation procedures.
Compiling test reports for Engineers and electrical Team Leaders.
Assembly of evaluation samples and problem solving of samples before testing.
Supporting of engineers during PCB and component development.
Using various electronic test equipment - multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies.
Soldering / Desoldering equipment.
Skills & Experience :
HNC / HND Electrical / Electronics - based qualification./
Experience of office applications Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Flexible attitude.
Good communication and teamworking skills.
Self-starting with good initiative.
Some use of basic test equipment and soldering equipment.
Use of PC application software.
18-months permanent position.
