Job Description: Receiving incoming calls from customers. Taking orders by phone fax and email. All Candidates must provide excellent Customer Service in dealing with customer queries. Candidates must possess ability to up-sell and cross-sell special offers.
Educated to NVQ Level 2 in call centre operations or equivalent.
. Experience of working in a contact centre or retail enviroment.
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Strong team working ethos.
. Strong planning, organisation skills.
