Sales / Customer Service 60% . Lead by example through over performance of sales activity against your individual targets . To generate sales revenues through outbound telesales activity to New Prospects, Existing Customers and Lapsed Customers. . To identify and maximise potential sales opportunities. . To provide feedback on competitor activity. . Consistent overachievement of agreed targets for sales revenue and contribution. . To maintain up to date and accurate records for customers and to provide management with forecasts and reports. . Promotion of special offers, products and services for companies within the Williams Medical Supplies Group
People & Campaign Management 20% . Undertake one to one meetings with members of your team . Conduct daily huddles to team members and advise of special offers and promotions . Lead and motivate staff to over achieve on team targets . Present to all employees at the Company update on a monthly basis . Prioritise team tasks and allocate resources accordingly . Lead and promote a professional, friendly and competitive work ethic to all members of your team. . Delegate and manage requests for quotations . Provide an input into the decision making process for future campaigns . Pilot prospective sales campaigns and report on their effectiveness
Administration 20% . Record your teams call and sales activity on a daily basis . Produce daily sales activity reports on a daily basis . Ensure that all orders are processed and complete by the end of the day s trading
Person Specification . Educated to NVQ Level 3 in Call Centre Operations or equivalent. . Experience of leading a team in a contact centre or call centre environment for a professional organisation. . Experience of presenting to team members and larger audiences . Proven and sustained sales ability gained in a competitive sector . Proven objection, negotiation and complaint handling experience where attention to detail is of paramount importance. . Demonstrate a thorough and methodical sales approach . Offer a friendly and participative approach, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Strong team working ethos and the ability to be pro active and use initiative to work alone when required. . Competent with Microsoft desktop packages to include: Word, Excel and Outlook . Able to remain calm and professional when under pressure . Demonstrate excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
