Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities:
. Deliver targets as agreed using consultative techniques.
. Deliver renewal targets.
. Provide innovative solutions to problematic sales scenarios.
. Deliver and foster relationships with supplier accounts.
. Identify issue and opportunities with suppliers and feedback to the business.
. Drive change and correction through the business on behalf of suppliers.
. Maximise the penetration of existing trading partners.
Education/Certification:
Graduate Calibre
Additional related training preferred.
Knowledge/Experience required:
Business to business value sales experience ideally in FMCG/Food Service/Supplier Chain/Logistics - 2 out of 4 required.
Demonstrate track record/or aptitude for sales volume/revenue/profitability responsibility.
Skills/Abilities:
Well developed relationship builder mindful of both internal and external relationships. Must demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgement, initiative and tact in dealing with external customers. Creative thinker, motivated and team player. Ability to prioritise workflow and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent customer facing and presentation skills. Able to operate within a constantly evolving company environment. Financially and IT literate (Microsoft Office).
