Outbound Sales Representative - OSR/202/EW

Job Description:
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. To generate sales revenues through outbound telesales activity to New Prospects, Existing Customers and Lapsed Customers.
2. To identify and maximise potential sales opportunities.
3. To provide feedback on competitor activity.
4. Consistent overachievement of agreed targets for sales revenue and contribution.
5. To maintain up to date and accurate records for customers and to provide management with forecasts and reports.
6. Promotion of special offers, products and services for companies within the Group
7. Promotion of Seminars & Conferences to customers.
8. To act in a professional manner at all times in order to promote a positive image of the company.

Person Specification

1. Educated to NVQ Level 2 in Call Centre Operations or equivalent.
2. Demonstrate overachievement in a business-to-business outbound telesales environment.
3. Offer a friendly and participative approach, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
4. Strong team working ethos and the ability to be pro active and use initiative to work alone when required.
5. Applicants will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, adaptable, target orientated and offer a flexible approach.
6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), tenacity, the ability to influence people and demonstrate a high level professionalism.
7. Competent with Microsoft desktop packages to include: Word, Excel and Outlook
8. Demonstrate excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
9. Able to remain calm and professional when under pressure
