Job Description:
We offer: Circa £25,000 depending on experience. 23 Days Holidays Free Medical and Dental cover Mobile Phone Free parking at place of work Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 16:00.
You have experience in: Management accounts to trial balance. Office Management Calculation of VAT returns Purchase and Sales ledger, bank reconciliation, invoicing, supplier payments. Payroll experience, ideally sage package. Procurement of office consumables.
Person Spec: Must have experience in a similar role. Must have excellent man management skills. Be forward thinking, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and make appropriate recommendations. Be able to adapt to changes that constantly occur with legislation within the recruitment industry. Be a confident and clear communicator. Have ability to liase with our other offices within the company on any aspect of payroll/accounting functions.
