Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain Top Level project plan
• Monitor internal Departments against agreed Project plans
• Monthly report on customer orders
• Coordinate internal meetings
• To understand the past, present and future needs of allocated customers
• Prepare customer history report
• Maintain a regular interface with customer – developing & nurturing long term relationship
• Undertake contract review
• Analyse, monitor & report account performance
• Be the customer representative within business
• Develop & co-ordinate customer contact map & relationships thereof
• Ensure delivery of customer satisfaction survey
• Feedback ideas into business in order to ‘delight’ customer – product & processes
• Project manage the cross functional customer focussed team
• Develop & improve account management process
• Understand the processes within the customer business

Previous Work Experience:
Able to demonstrate experience in a customer facing account/project management role
Manufacturing experience
