Job Description:
Main Responsibilities: Produce and maintain Top Level project plan Monitor internal Departments against agreed Project plans Monthly report on customer orders Coordinate internal meetings To understand the past, present and future needs of allocated customers Prepare customer history report Maintain a regular interface with customer developing & nurturing long term relationship Undertake contract review Analyse, monitor & report account performance Be the customer representative within business Develop & co-ordinate customer contact map & relationships thereof Ensure delivery of customer satisfaction survey Feedback ideas into business in order to delight customer product & processes Project manage the cross functional customer focussed team Develop & improve account management process Understand the processes within the customer business
Previous Work Experience: Able to demonstrate experience in a customer facing account/project management role Manufacturing experience
