Job Description:
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in preparing bills of costs, points of dispute, replies etc
• Proven negotiation skills
• Experience of attending court
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Good IT and communication skills
A member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen would be preferable
