Job Description:
You will be working alongside a well established team, and the objectives of this important role are as follows :
Service and maintain the valued client base that RSW currently hold.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with prospective clients through assessing their specific needs and winning the business through professional and appropriate solution and pricing proposals.
Research sales opportunities using internal sales and management information, coupled with external activities within the market place.
Promote RSW as a supplier of first choice.
Continually imrpove client relationships by reviewing customer feedback and taking positive steps to address any customer concerns.
Administration duties are also a very important part of this role as the importance of attention to detail is paramount when administering information in relation to payroll and invoicing procedures.
You will need to be a total team player as RSW offices all pull together; liaise as appropriate with the business development team on any leads that require management attention.
