Recruitment Solutions Wales Limited have been operating very successfully within the recruitment sector for 12-years, supplying both temporary and permanent staff to a variety of different sectors.
We have a well established business within social care, currently supplying to clients across South Wales, with temporary care staff, and are currently looking to strengthen this division by offering our service UK wide on the provision of Qualified nursing and Care management staff for permanent positions.
We are interested in experienced consultants to join our current team.
You could be based at either the Cwmbran or Bridgend office ( depending on where you are located ); however flexibility will be required as to how the business dictates at certain times.
Requirements :
Good I.T. skills
Understanding of the recruitment agency business or experience within the care sector ( this could be within any discipline ).
The ability to identify and develop new business.
Ideally your own transport ( any business expenses will be reimbursed).
Understanding of care industry and its legislation.
