Northampton x 3 RGN
Rochdale/ Lancashire x 2 RGN
Walsall x 2 RGN
Frome x 4 RGN
Devon x 4 RGN
Job Purpose:
To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and
effective supervision of Staff Members. To take management responsibility for the home when on duty.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Required:
• Registered with NMC, current Pin Number
• Ability to communicate effectively in working with the relevant Client group
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List
• Previous supervisory experience
Desired:
• Team player
• Experience / qualification in care for relevant Client group
