* Must have Enduring Mental Health Experience as well as Suicidal Tendancies experience****
Our clients are looking for an RMN To provide quality nursing care of the highest standard to their client base.
To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care within the multi-disciplinary team.
To lead the nursing team on a daily basis with support and guidance from the Clinical Nurse Specialist thus ensuring maintenance of their high standards of care.
Provision of a safe and secure, but homely environment to all patients and visitors to the unit
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Required:
* Must have Enduring Mental Health Experience as well as Suicidal Tendancies experience****
• Registered with NMC, current Pin Number
• Ability to communicate effectively in working with the relevant Client group
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List
• Previous supervisory experience
Desired:
• Team player
• Experience / qualification in care for relevant Client group
