Job Description:
The successful candidate will be solely responsible and accountable for the running of their own desk.
You must have extensive experience in the running of a perms desk together with a recruitment and/or sales background.
You will be a team player, tenacious, personable and able to work towards realistic targets in a very competitive environment.
You will be servicing both Clients and Candidates on a Permanent basis for their recruitment needs, together with developing new business throughout Wales. You must be confident in undertaking precise candidate interviews and screening in order to source the relevant potential candidates for your clients, plus being able to talk to our clients to gain insight into their establishments on behalf of your candidates.
An attractive basic salary and a generous, realistic bonus structure are on offer for the right candidate.
You will be working from 08.30 till 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 - 1600 Fridays, benefiting from 31-days holidays per annum including bank holidays.
