each candidate. Our consultants are fully trained and use the latest interviewing skills.

• Skills testing where appropriate.

• Ensure a tight match of skills and personal specification to the requirement of the applicant and client.

• All references from all applicants are thoroughly checked.

• Frequent calls are made to both the client and applicant to ensure complete satisfaction.

• All National Insurance & Tax contributions are paid monthly by RSW for any temporary employees.

• An out of office hours helpline is available to both client and the applicant.
