Due to company re-structuring and a new mission for 2021, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Operations Director to join us at RSW. You will be directing and coordinating the internal structure of an organisation based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently.

As our new Recruitment Operations Director you will:

  • Assist our upper management in setting goals that promote company growth
  • Oversee the daily activity of our two offices
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed
  • Provide advice and guidance to our recruitment teams
  • Manage team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
  • Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee training and development of staff

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience as a Recruitment Operations Manager, Director or Branch Manager
  • A proven track record in generating new business and implementing contracts
  • A day-to-day hands-on approach to recruitment and management
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and the manufacturing / industrial market
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead effectively
  • Planning skills and the ability to provide structure into our business
  • First class communication skills and the ability to build strong, long term relationships
  • The ability to adapt to change and move with the changing environment we find ourselves in
  • Knowledge of GLAA and the ability to be a GLAA compliance point of principal authority
  • The ability to identify new markets and revenue sectors
  • Experience of attracting key employees and leading us to become an employer of choice
