As care is a 24 hour, 365 days a year, we offer you the facility of our on-call service, manned by our own staff.

All interviews are conducted on a one to one basis with each candidate. Our consultants are full trained and use the latest interviewing skills. Candidates are required to complete a detailed Health Declaration Form. Where necessary, we may need to seek medical advice for any ailment declared.

CRB Checks

A CRB check is essential when supplying staff within the Social Care sector, and we take this responsibility very seriously. All our registered workers are put through this process.

If any of our workers have declarations, we will let you know immediately before the worker is placed. It is then to your discretion if you accept the worker.

Identification Checks and ID Badge

Identification is essential when accepting a new worker into your establishment. All candidates must supply relevant identification at interview stage. This consists of either a Drivers License, Passport or Birth Certificate.

For your peace of mind, all workers are issued with a photo ID badge. If you have any queries, our telephone number is on the reverse of the card. Please feel free to contact us at anytime, day or night.

Feedback forms are sent on a monthly basis, this helps us establish the quality, service, and performance of our workers.
