I have been associated with for approx 12 weeks and may I add that previous to this, we had no previous experience with any employment agencies.  

Previously to our involvement with R.S.W I carried out all interviewing and selection of staff, Staff induction processes at our Treforest Site, which of course takes such a large quantity out of my busy daily schedules.

My initial idea was to trial out an agency to see if we had better flexibility with hours and staffing costs and I have to say that based on our experience that the Agency Management Team are very Professional, very helpful as they conduct a full induction process with their staff who are entering High Risk + Food Manufacturing Environments, They are also very informative and communicate most excellently with their staff and ourselves on regular intervals.

The 24 HOUR back up service is also an excellent service, I must add that whilst we were under severe pressure coping with the major retailers promotional sales levels, we were calling the agency at very short notice sometime late at night and requesting 8-10 staff at one time and their response was excellent.

We had given RSW the staffing criteria and required skill elements and all of the staff that we have been supplied, have blended very well into the production teams and the environment in which they work and they have been a absolute pleasure to have on our site, some of the individual agency staff have shown great examples of commitment to their duties and almost put some of our full time employees in the shade with some great performances.

We are currently assessing our required staffing levels are definitely considering taking some of the agency staff on full time contracts. 

I would recommend Recruitment Solutions Wales to any Food Manufacturing Companies and I must say that after my experiences with them that we are very pleased to be associated with them.
