An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join the site senior management team and the central HR team to support the business in developing a high performing, proactive and modern culture. CIPD qualified, you will have a creative approach to formulating and implementing HR strategy. Your wide-ranging experience in operational HR management, union negotiation and employment law equips you to manage change effectively. An astute decision maker and negotiator, your knowledge of best practice HR is essential as is the ability to think commercially and strategically to facilitate business success.
