| Specification: | Experienced Store Manager Required. Retail Experience is essential. Personal qualities required include, confidence in communicating, proactive sales orientated disposition, customer service driven, team-mindedness, hands-on application, organisational ability. The manager must be career minded, committed and willing to give that little bit extra, to ensure a clean, organised and customer friendly atmosphere within store. Improved sales are essential and bonuses will be implemented to reward such achievements. Must be willing to learn every aspect of the business from product Knowledge, to product display, to stock control and even down to cleaning the store; the manager has to be very hands-on! Basic Duties include, staff management and welfare, prioritising - customer service, cashing up, opening and closing of store, stock control, product fulfilment in store and a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers alike. The Store Manager will work closely with the Area Manager and Company Directors to achieve goals. |
