| Specification: | As a result of recent growth and expansion within Recruitment Solutions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant or senior consultant for our office in the Swindon area. The ideal candidate will be very sales focused and driven to succeed. We are offering an opportunity for someone who is looking for a company where you can really progress and maximize your potential You will play an integral part in the team, and will be responsible for effectively building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing company revenue. As an individual you will need to be methodical and responsive in your approach and ensure we offer a first class service to our clients and candidates. Key responsibilities • Develop new business opportunities • Work closely with new and existing clients in order to create solid relationships • Regular service visits with current clients with the view to maximizing every opportunity • Deliver presentations to prospective clients • Interview and select candidates • Oversee the division and drive it to a successful profitable sector • Have fun throughout your journey • Requirements • You must have Recruitment Industry experience, ideally within the Industrial and distribution sector. • A proven track record within recruitment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tenacious and determined to succeed • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to think on your feet and deal with people at varying levels Package • Competitive salary with uncapped bonus, laptop and phone • Opportunity to work with a well established and dynamic business • Excellent career opportunities • Pleasant working environment and hours (08:30-17:00 mon-thurs, 8:30 – 16:00 Fri.) |
