Food Production Operator

Our client is a well known food manufacturer based in Swansea. They are looking for food production operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The advantage with this position is that the shifts are flexible and you can pick what suits you on a weekly basis. All shifts are 12 hours either 6am-6pm days or 6pm-6am nights Monday to Sunday. You can work one shift or full time whatever suits you.
The Role:
- Packing items ready for distribution
- Some machine minding
- Working as part of the production process
- Making boxes
- Ensure all health and safety/food guidelines are adhered to and the working environment is free of debris and trip hazards
The Candidate:
- Previous experience beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of one 12 hour shift per week
- Be able to spend all shift on your feet.
Hours of work:
- 6am-6pm days or 6pm-6am nights
- Factory open 7 days per week
- All breaks are paid
