Workshop Labourer
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Delivering materials to sites .
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic machinery and tools such as band saw and hole punch required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must hold UK driving licence no more than 6 points.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
