RSW are currently seeking a number of Production Operators to join our Clients Manufacturing company based in Port Talbot.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring the smooth running of production processes.

Duties:
– Operate machines and other equipment to manufacture parts
– Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery
– Employ hand tools to assemble and fabricate components

Skills:
– Ability to use hand tools effectively in assembly and fabrication processes
– Organisation skills to maintain warehouse materials efficiently

Shifts:

Days – 6:00am – 14:00pm Monday – Friday – No shift allowance

Afternoons – 14:00pm – 22:00pm Monday-Friday (21:00 finish Friday)

Nights – 22.00pm – 06.00am Sunday – Thursday (23.00 start Sunday)

— 40 hours per week are paid– all breaks paid

Hourly Rate £12.85p/h with a £10 shift allowance per day which equates to £1.25p/h. Total pay rate inclusive of shift allowance is £14.10p/h – No shift Allowance on Days

These roles can be Temp to Perm for the right candidate.
