Customer Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities
- Analyse customer demand and logistics performance
- Monitor KPIs and delivery performance
- Liaise with production, planning and customers
- Produce reports using Excel
- Identify process improvements
- Support supply chain planning
- Manage ERP data
- Ensure customer requirements are achieved
Requirements
- Logistics or Supply Chain experience
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP experience desirable
- Excellent analytical ability
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
