This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, processing orders and providing outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Handling incoming customer calls
- Processing customer orders
- Updating customer records
- Data entry
- Managing customer enquiries
- Liaising with production and logistics
- Updating spreadsheets
- Email correspondence
- General administration
Essential Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Sales order processing
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Strong PC skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads
