RSW are seeking an Administrator to join our Client’s Technical Department in Maesteg, Bridgend. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Assist in resolving any administrative problems
– Answer calls from clients and direct them to the appropriate department
– Provide support to staff and visitors
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
– Data entry and record keeping
– Utilize computerized systems such as QuickBooks and Google Suite for various tasks
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Knowledge of basic office equipment operation
