Commercial Cleaner
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our Client’s team in the Swansea area. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential for ensuring that our Clients facilities are welcoming, safe, and well-presented for both staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including communal spaces, factory rooms, and office spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure COSHH high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dust, dirt, and debris.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning procedures is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Hours: Ongoing, Alternating Day Shifts – 12 hours (1 week 60 hours, 1 week 24 hours) 5am to 5pm
