RSW are looking to recruit a Fitter for a client the the Bridgend area. The position is in the heavy engineering sector to repair and install used and new Balers, Crushers, Conveyors and Shears across the UK.

Key points we are looking for are as follows:

• Must be able to fault find
• Must be experienced within the field
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must be able to travel and stay away when required
• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business
• Health and safety regulations are followed

Working away and weekend work are a must when needed, The client is a break down service and work throughout the UK this could be planned work or could possibly be an emergency break down and a short notice job.

Starting salary is between £17.50 – £19.50 p/h depending solely on experience, the candidate will be given a works phone and van.

40 + hrs a week, as stated above you must be able to travel and available to stay away when needed.

Time and half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays

Also, we offer a pension scheme where you pay in 5% and the company pays in 3%
