Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Operative to join our Clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various work environments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas using appropriate tools and techniques
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with minor construction or repair tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination or hazards
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and equipment usage
- Support the team in implementing hygiene procedures during routine inspections
- Ensure all work areas are kept organised, safe, and compliant with company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience with hand tools, power tools, or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to hygiene and maintenance tasks
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
