We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Clients team as Recycling Workers. The successful candidates will play a vital role in the recycling process, ensuring that materials are sorted and processed efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to sustainability and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Duties

• Sort and segregate hospital waste in accordance with clinical and non-clinical categories (e.g., general, recyclable, infectious, sharps, hazardous).
• Identify and correctly handle recyclable materials such as plastics, paper, cardboard, and metals.
• Ensure all waste is correctly labelled, packaged, and stored prior to disposal or recycling.
• Operate waste compactors, balers, and other recycling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport waste to designated storage or disposal areas within the site.
• Assist with loading and unloading of waste containers, bins, and skips.

Experience within recycling desirable for this role.
