Technician Onsite Assistant - with CSCS Card

Our Client has grown into a respected market leader, delivering high-quality assisted bathing products and exceptional customer service. Our commitment to excellence sets us apart — and as one of our Assistant Technicians, you’ll play a key role in representing the brand to clients across the UK.

We are looking for a professional, motivated Assistant Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and provides a first-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out installations, repairs, servicing, deliveries, commissioning, and LOLER testing of our specialist bathing products across the UK.

• Work Monday to Friday, with occasional nights away as required.

• Complete all service reports, forms, and documentation accurately and on time.

• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment when on-site.

• Follow all customer site rules, including strict hygiene protocols.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Good technical aptitude and ability to use email, iPad, smartphones, and test equipment.

• Solid organisational and planning skills.

• Full, clean driving licence.

• CSCS card (essential).

• Plumbing qualification (advantageous but not essential).

Hours of work 9am – 5pm Monday- Thursday, 9am – 4pm Friday

Hourly rates £13.33 per hour to include overtime
