Class 1 + 2 Trampers

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class 1 + 2 Trampers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods across various locations. This role involves using curtain siders, rigid. vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high standards of service.

Will be required to spend 3 to 4 nights out a week, working out of Caldicot depot.

Duties

• Operate Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles, for the transportation of goods.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Experience

• Valid Class 1 and Class 2 driving licences with a maximum of 3 points.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is essential.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing delivery schedules.
