AOG Shift Operator

RSW Ltd are recruiting for a AOG (Aircraft On The Ground) Export Clerk for our client based in Heathrow. We are looking for someone with experience of working in a fast moving Exports/Imports environment.

Shifts

4on 4off split shift days/night –

4 days – 7am to 7pm

4 days – 7pm to 7am

Salary

£32k plus shift allowance.

Key responsibilities:

Arrange collections on dedicated movements

Book all shipments with the airlines

Update customers with shipment details within KPIs

Complete the MAWB and customs

Pre alert the customer and network

Arranging of Air Import shipments

Air Import customs knowledge advantageous

Operational Finance (Costing and Invoicing)

Support export operations

Flexible and Adaptive approach key.

Clear Handover to following Shift.
