RSW are seeking a dedicated Customer Complaints Handler to join their client in the Aberdare area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and ensuring issues are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

 

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints received via phone, email, or live chat channels.
  • Record complaint details accurately through data entry into our CRM system.
  • Analyse customer issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Offer solutions or alternatives to resolve complaints while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
  • Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and business growth.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support or sales to facilitate swift problem resolution.
  • Maintain organised records of all complaints and resolutions for reporting purposes.

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess complaints critically and determine effective solutions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism but with a mutual resolve
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously under pressure.
  • Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional products or services naturally during interactions.   • Desirable to have experience in the retail industry

Monday – Thursday 08.45 -17.00

Friday 08.45 – 15.45
