RSW Ltd are recruiting for a People & Wellbeing Manger to offer HR support for a leading organisation based in Newport.

Your New role

The HR & Wellbeing manager will be proactive in and have the strategies in place to develop staff wellbeing and supporting the alignment of our policies, procedures and actions with our values and beliefs

Reporting to Managing Director

Salary: Up to £40000 doe plus benefits

General Requirements: 

Lead on the positive development of a values-led people and wellbeing/human resource function

Support the development of a recruitment and selection process that is fully values-led and is accessible to ensure a diverse staff team.

Support the creation of a learning organisation – one which values the development of leadership and management skills amongst all our staff

Develop and deliver training to increase the capacity and confidence of staff to resolve HR issues

Support the senior leadership team to ensure that our organisational culture is rooted in our values and creates a safe and inclusive environment for all to thrive.

Oversee initiatives to promote the wellbeing of all staff.

Develop and implement a staff satisfaction survey. Analyse results and work with the MD and Senior leaders to develop action plans in response to the results.

Always maintaining a professional and confidential approach to work.

Actively participating in regular supervision sessions and team meetings as requested.

To be willing to attend appropriate training courses as agreed with your manager.

Contributing to the effective and efficient running of ouir client by the awareness and compliance of policies and procedures, including Health and Safety.

Ensuring data is managed in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.

Creating positive relationships and treating all staff, and members of the public with dignity and respect, adhering to our clients core aims and values, and adhering to equal opportunities and diversity statements and policies.

Working outside normal office hours if required to do so to meet the needs of the service.

Carrying out other duties as requested by the MD, senior leadership team or Board.
