We are currently recruiting a Blue Hat Supervisor with Welding / Fabrication background to join our team at Hinkley Point. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects.

All candidates must be willing to undertake trade tests and pass and security checks for onboarding. The college is a theory test and practical test consisting of a square box section welded to plate in the PH position in MMA. Avonmouth is a Practical trade test consisting of four tests. MMA fillet weld in PF and PD and a FCAW fillet weld in PF and PD

Pay & Benefits
£30.57 p/h (Days) 22.5% nights premium £37.45
OT 1.4 for hours worked over 38 during the week and the first 4 hours on Saturday
OT 1.8 for remaining hours on Saturday and all hours Sunday
Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off
10.5hrs days
Accommodation allowance: £355.67 per week

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Welding / Fabrication (essential)
SSSTS / IOSH / LATS (essential)
